Returns & Exchanges

Introduction

If you’re not satisfied, with your purchase Flokra offers our customers to return and exchange, you may return it for an exchange within 7 days of the purchase. It is possible to exchange provided item/s if it is in its original condition. It should not be used, damaged, or washed and should be in the original packaging with tags. You can contact our customer service team on inquiries@flokra.com or call us between 9am-5.30pm on +94 114335339 for any inquiries related to Returns and Exchanges. in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Exchange via courier collection

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your flokra online purchase.
  • Call us or email us on < inquiries @flokra.com> to inform us about the exchange. With the following details such as order number, product quantity, reason for the return.
  • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item.
  • We shall communicate with the courier company and the courier company will pick up your product (Free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, if not the recipient need to pay LKR300 for the courier company.)
  • Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will be able to exchange online purchases.
  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return the item.
  • Your request for an exchange will be processed within 5 days of receiving the garment.

Exchange at Flokra head office

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your Flokra online purchase.
  • Call us or email us on < inquiries @flokra.com> to inform us about the exchange. With the following details such as order number, product quantity, reason for the return.
  • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item.
  • Fill the returns form at the head office
  • Drop off the items at the head office at World Trade Center.
  • Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will be able exchange online purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return on the item.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange Original delivery charges

We are unable to offer an exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods.

Original delivery charges

We are also unable to offer an exchange on the sales items. We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
